My User ID may be cause of slow MacBook Pro how...

For months my late 2011 MacBook Pro has been abysmally slow, crashing, beach balling, etc.  I did SMC reset, safe start, lots of EtreChek's to look for starts Daemons/agents.  Today at my Apple Bar the tech eliminated all potential issues other than a drive cable, drive or my User ID.  I came home and logged in with a new Admin ID and things are running faster online and in switching between apps though the EtreChek is still Below Average. 

If not a complete fix how do I determine what in my personal User ID is a problem?  I can't seem to delete the extra Flash player if anyone knows how and why they're spelled FlashPlayer and Flash Player.
