How do I transfer the content from a backup loc...

I used iTunes on my PC to backup my iPhone 7 before performing a Factory Reset. iTunes was malfunctioning, so I had to delete it and redownload it. When I open iTunes now, it no longer displays the backup I performed. However, I was able to locate the backup here:

     "iPhone backups are not stored in the media folders - by default these will be located in C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup"

How do I transfer the backup from this folder to my iPhone 7?
