How to disable autocorrect for iPad dictation?

When i dictate, it writes the content with very few mistakes or none

But when i click done or finish it changes the text automatically by itself resulting the complete chang in my sentences.

I don’t know why this is happening and i want to disable it.

i just want the appli to type whatever i say even with few spelling mistakes or grammar mistakes, but changing complete sentence is wrong.
