Why I cannot complete a backup to iCloud ?

I tried to back up my contacts to iCloud more than 10 times, every time I got a failure message before backup get complete why it takes a day per each trial noting that I want only to backup my contact and I'm switching off the rest options ?

Hmm, we would need to see the error message.  Do you have a fast WiFi connection?
