It's probably "hiding" in an icon folder.

You can find which folder it's in using Spotlight Search:

Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch: https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT201285

type the name of the app in the spotlight search and it will write the name of the folder it resides in next to the app

Same thing with blasted Simon’s Cat (blue) stickies.
