MacBook air keeps getting stuck at grey screen ...

MacBook air 13inch early 2014 Macos Sierra 4gb ram not starting up. Tried the following:

 

Smc, PRAM, safe mode(cursor gets stuck at login), recovery mode (picture attaching below happened). And I don't know what to do. Idk if this is of importance, but it happened while watching Netflix.

 

I've tried doing disk utility, will attach image(it was all good). Also diagnostic's test was fine.
