Partitions screwed up with Bootcamp

I had installed Windows on my macbook pro (8,2) a few weeks ago because I needed to run Autodesk Inventor, and it was working perfectly fine. I had to reboot into MacOS because I had the Adobe CC installed there, but not on windows. Afterwards, I was going to reboot back into windows, but there was no option in System Preferences to do so.

I checked Disk Utility and I saw that the partitions were completely screwed up.

I have a 750GB HDD in my macbook pro and here were the partitions in order (that were listed in diskutil)

Apple_HFS : Macintosh HD : 347.3 GB : disk0s2 : MacOS Boot Drive

Microsoft_Basic_Data : (this drive doesn't have a name for some reason) : 365.6 GB : disk0s4 : Something?

Apple_Boot : Recovery HD : 650.0 MB : disk0s3 : Recovery Drive

Microsoft_Basic_Data: BOOTCAMP : 367.6 GB : disk0s5 : Windows

The drive is partitioned to have 1.08 TB of data, but there's only 750 GB of actual storage. ???

I cannot delete disk0s4 because somehow became the first partition in the drive so I can't change that partition or any of the partitions after it unless I reformat that partition.

What should I do?

NOTE:

- disk0s4 used to be BOOTCAMP 1 but only had the files and folders in the root of the drive. It changed to "--" after running first aid on the entire disk and trying to remount that partition

-After disk0s4 became "--" the option the reboot into windows reappeared in System Preferences

-I still have access to the BOOTCAMP partition with all of my data and the Macintosh HD partition is also fine (I hope) so I still have access to all of my data.

-I'm willing to reinstall windows, but I'd prefer not to reinstall MacOS.

-I can't access the terminal in Recovery Mode (for some reason?) but I do have a Sierra bootable usb standing by.

-If anyone needs any other information, just ask.
