Setting up a Mail account on new High Sierra

I've just bought an old Macbook Air and installed High Sierra. I have gone to set up my email accounts and the Gmail account set up no problem. However I have some business accounts that run off a completely different server and when I go to set these up they aren't recognised. I know I have all the correct details (username, password etc) because these email accounts are set up on my iphone and work fine.

Why won't they install / load on the new laptop? anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
