My cursor won't go away at all.

It used to be that if I were viewing something in fullscreen, watching a video, or scrolling down a page, I could make my cursor disappear in a few different ways. However, for the past month or so, my cursor won't go away at all, no matter what I do or how long I wait. Can anyone help me?
