Flash Player

Often when I go to a website I'm told that I need Flash Player. I have downloaded the latest version, but one site tells me to enable Flash Player in my Safari preferences-security. I do not see it listed in security, just Java.

What do I need to do to convince websites that I have installed the latest version or Flash Player?

I use OS 10.12.6 Sierra and Safari version 11.0

you have most likely installed malware; and thats a whole other can of worms.

From Safari go to

Safari>Preferences

go to websites tab

see that you have Adobe Flash Player enabled and set
