Ipad apple ID forgotten

Dear all,

I forgot my apple ID, as well as the password for it because i haven't use the ipad for a while. And now it's locked on icloud. The good thing is that I have original box with the receipt, so I hope you can assist me with this issue. Please contact me if you need more details.

I live in Serbia, so I am not able to contact apple support.
