iPad exchange price too high

I have an iPad Air 2, can not power when I go to one of Apple authority for exchange they siad the price is more then 300, it a little bit to much for exchang it.

We’re just users like you so we have no say over what Apple charges. You said it won’t power....did you ask about getting the battery replaced? That could be your issue and the cost for that is around $100
