I cannot change stores

I wanted to download an app that used to be on the usa store but no longer is. When i tried to download it the app store prompted me to change stores so i did. now even after i have deleted the app i cannot change stores back to usa because i have credits in my account. 

Either use the credit and then change or contact iTunes support.
