Time Capsule harddisk could not access by win10

Hi Experts,

Time Casule 2T is working fine with my 2 Mac,  I'd like access TC's hard disk by win10 PC to restore some files.

After installed Airport 5.6.1 for windows, there pop up a window reminder enter password, I tried every password but it always failed.

I also can find this TC name under Network location, but could not access too.  I started Airport Utility ,it does not connect TC either.  would you pls help on this?  Thanks  a lot!

make sure "enable file share" is checked, then either require the same password as your TC, or assign a pass for the disk. update, and try again

Thanks for your reply.  I have already done every step you advised.  Actually, my MAC is working correctly with TC.

I launched Airport Utility for Windows and the TC can be found but could not connect for access.

I don' have a PC here with Windows 10 installed to test, but this Windows support article might provide some help:
