How to remove apps that were synced from iPhone...

I just got the new series 3 and set it to sync with my phone for downloading apps, however, after using it for a time I would like to remove many of the apps that aren’t useful. The watch app on my phone shows a button to enable or disable an app, they are enabled, but do not let me change the status to disable them. Is this a bug, or am I going about this wrong? I turned the sync option off, still doesn’t allow me to disable the apps.

You may also wish to turn off Automatic App Install:

 

  • On your iPhone, in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > turn off Automatic App Install.
