connecting 4K display to MacBook Pro in High si...

Hi Everyone,

some days ago, after updating my Macbook Pro mid 2015 to Mac OS High Sierra Version 10.13 I realised that my laptop doesnt detect my Monitor anymore, I have a 4K 27" HP Envy display, which was connected via mini display port to Display port. It was working all fine at the highest resolution on 60 Hertz, but after updating, it's not detected anymore, now I can only connect the monitor via HDMI to my laptop which means, I can't use it at the highest resolution (4K).

Does anyone know what should I do?

I will attach some screenshot, maybe would be helpful.
