iTunes (on computer) 'Recently Added' doesn't work

Since updating to iTunes 12.7 on my PC, my 'Recently Added' playlist does not show my recently added songs. I added a new song from my son's cd (that I don't like) just to test and see if I could force it to work. I tried clicking "Edit Rules" and deselecting 'Live Updating', restarting iTunes, and re-checking 'Live Updating' but still nothing. I was wondering if anyone else is seeing this. And also if anyone has a remedy or if Apple has a bug-fix in the works. TIA
