Can I share files stored on my icloud drive with other iphone/icloud users?

Yes.

If you using the new Files App on an iOS device you can lightly tap and hold on the file to get the Options bar, and then tap on the "Share" option.

From there tapping on +Add People will let you send them a link to the file. You can control if anyone with the link can open it, or if only specific people can open it, and whether they can edit the file or just view it.

Duplicate

Rename

Move

Delete

Favorite

Tags

Info

Do I have to have "file sharing" turned on somewhere or is there something else that I am not doing?
