Cancellation of purchase

Lately, I saw a new purchase that I didn't make.

 

I checked if it possible to make a purchase on all my devices without a password, and it's impossible.

Can you tell from what device this purchase has been made?

I've asked the hosts to remove the image from your post as it contains your email address - it's not a good idea to post personal details on any public forum (you already know that these are user forums, not iTunes Support nor Apple).

 

Have you checked to see if it's a genuine email from iTunes and not a phishing email ? Does it show on your iTunes account's purchase history ?

 

Phishing and similar emails : Avoid phishing emails, fake 'virus' alerts, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

Genuine iTunes emails : Identifying legitimate emails from the iTunes Store - Apple Support

Viewing your account's purchase history : See your purchase history in the iTunes Store - Apple Support (on an iOS device you can view the last 90 days purchases via https://reportaproblem.apple.com)

 

If it's a genuine email and it shows on your account's purchase history, and if nobody else has access to your account or iPad (the email says that it was done on an iPad), contact iTunes Support : https://support.apple.com/contact . And change the account's password https://appleid.apple.com - after changing it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support.

 

If it is a phishing email you could forward it to Apple : reportphishing@apple.com , and then delete it.
