How to replace/remove sample photos in face gal...

Apple watch series 3 running ios4. iphone7. brand new, and all functions are working great.

When I go to Face Gallery, scrolling down to PHOTOS... the first box is Favorites, ok that's perfect.

BUT the next 4 boxes where you can set custom faces using photos, have random photos that were pulled from my phone on install. I don't want to see those photos but it won't let me delete them. It says delete, and I can choose that and they do disappear but when I go back..there they are again.

HOW can I just get different sample images to show up there, or none at all like the favorites now show.. and delete the ones that are there?

I have downloaded EVERY photo off my iphone, resynched to a blank album (which erases everything) so there are zero photos on my phone.. but in the face gallery they are still there.

Please help, I know I should just ignore it but a bit of ocd I guess, it's driving me nuts.
