Can I make the priority that let my surface book 2 using the battery 2

There are 2 batteries with surface book 2. 1 inside screen, 2 inside the keyboard.

Is there any option or setting to let my computer use the bottom one first, that I can still use screen part alone when bottom battery runs out.
