VANCL Returning of an Item
Returning of an ItemIt is of upmost importance to us that you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an immediate refund or exchange.
We ask that you e-mail tracking number and order number to our Customer Service Team after you have sent your package out. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier.
