Windows 10 卸載Microsoft Visual C++ 2015

我試著安裝VS2015的時候提示我運行庫衝突，於是我嚐試卸載運行庫，但是遇到了很大的問題：

不管我點擊“卸載”還是點擊”修複“，都會提示我需要重啟，但是重啟過後問題依舊，於是就隻能無限重啟。
