求助：Windows 7 蓝屏问题

求助：

Windows 7 蓝屏问题-

今年年初新组装的电脑，具体配置如下

CPU i5 6500
主板 ASROCK/华擎科技 B150M-ITX LGA1151全新6代 DDR4迷你电脑主板
内存 英睿达(Crucial)DDR4 2133 8G 台式机内存 * 2
硬盘 英睿达(Crucial)MX300系列 525G SATA3固态硬盘
电源 酷冷至尊GX450电源（80PLUS铜牌/SRC+DC2DC架构/全日系电容/五年质保）

一直用的都没有问题，常用来跑大型数学计算软件，这周突然进入系统后，浏览网页蓝屏，进入安全模式杀毒依然蓝屏。

以下是用windbg工具打开的memory.dmp文件查到的信息。请问大概是出在什么问题上？内存还是软件冲突？谢谢！
