Why the Visual Studio 2017 15.3.3 can not use the Add Class dialog to add ATL class?

I am writting a ATL activeX control, when I use the newest VS2017, trying to add ATL Control class,

but the Add Class Dialog showed like following, not like the normal ones.

From VS 2017 15.3.3

But when I use my comrade's VS2017, and the dialog showed like this:

this one is what I looking for. And my comrade's VS is 2017 15.1.

Can anyone tell me why the newer version VS become so bad!?
