win10升級失敗出現以下問題

1.官網下載最新版本鏡像安裝，出現不支持此升級路徑。請關閉安裝程序，然後從介質的根目錄重新啟動，或者返回並選取其他安裝選項。

2.官網下載最新版，用Ｕ盤啟動安裝出現藍屏，提示：

if you call a support person give them this info
