1.打开命令提示符（管理员），执行以下命令：

FORFILES /P %WINDIR%\servicing\Packages /M Microsoft-Windows-InternetExplorer-*11.*.mum /c “cmd /c echo Uninstalling package @fname && start /w pkgmgr /up:@fname /norestart”

2.打开控制面板进入“启用或关闭Windows功能”，查看当前是否存在IE9浏览器，若存在请勾选后重新启动设备。

3.打开命令提示符（管理员），执行以下命令：IE11-Windows6.1-x64-en-us.exe / update-no，重启设备。

4.重新启动后，打开Internet Explore并按键盘上的ALT键以显示帮助菜单（如果不可见），然后单击帮助 / 关于Internet Explore菜单。在这里您应该看到，Internet Explorer 11与kb2841134

 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2841134安装。重新安装IE11浏览器

5.重新进行升级。
