Problems Time Machine

I have an iMac and MacBook Air, with MacBookAir i can find and make a backup on my WD MyCloud, however with iMac not possible. In TM the drive is on iMac not present. Although the MyCloud drive is visible in Finder on iMac. Anyone? Login on MAcBookAir and iMac is the same user/person.

You may have better success in getting a potential solution if you visit the WD Support Knowledge Base. It may be possible that something was overlooked when configuring your WD My Cloud for Time Machine backups that only one Mac can use.

One simple test to rule out your iMac, is to temporarily attach an external USB drive to it and start a new TM backup to it. If this is successful, then Time Machine is working on the Mac.
