Slowing down MIDI data in real time

I just bought a biosonic data device, which I play back and record in Logic. I also want to play live with this. Is there a way to slow down the MIDI data down in real time, i.e. change the tempo as it is being played rather than after it has been recorded, either in Logic or with a third party plugin? Any suggestions much appreciated.
