i recently bought icloud storage and two months...

 I also emailed back the email address that I received an email confirming my iTunes had been updates and haven't heard back. What do I do about this problem

iCloud Storage doesn’t increase your local on-device storage. It’s for storing files on Apple servers.

If if you do not see the increasd storage capacity shown in Settings > iCloud, then try a simple Restart.
