I have a recurring charge of $9.99 that I have approved for additional space each month, but I get additional charges each month.  This past month it was $27. +.  I cancelled my card attached to this payment in Feb and got a new one and added iTunes back for a monthly $9.99 payment but I am still getting additional charges.
