Mail accounts lost after system crash

My Macbook Pro crashed. When I went into Mail it asked me to create a new account. All my accounts are missing.

In User/Library/Mail/V2 I can see all my IMAP accounts. How do I get Mail to see them too? I have 79 accounts so don't want to create them all again in Mail. I do have a backup 1 week old.
