Sync iTune on iPad Pro with MacBook via Wi

I have an iPad Pro and a MacBook Air, both of them have been upgraded to newest OS (IOS11 and High Sierra), I try to sync iTune on iPad with Mac follow instruction on iPad, however, it seams that the function sync via Wi-Fi for this iPad does not work, could any one help me to fix this.
