The Activity monitor shows Installer is consumi...

Apparently, Installer is installing an app called "AppNOS" I already deleted it's relative "AppEH" from my computer but the thing is, installer still consumes memory, even after the deleting of AppEH, I know to delete it, but the thing is that I don't know how to delete a file that is installing, I cannot provide a screenshot right now because I stopped the process, but later or tomorrow it will pop up again, how do I remove AppNOS?Idk if the technician (my dad told me he didn't know about macs, just windows)  did something wrong, I doubt so, I didn't see what he did as I was in school, but my dad told me he just did something to my IP, as it was that that was causing the problem of no wifi reaching my mac (it is fixed now), It can be that those viruses/trojans were in my mac before but I doubt so, if they were the technician may had seen them, and I don't think I got them by updating Skype, like the same afternoon after the technician fixed my computer it started to slow down, now I know why, but not HOW to fix it.

(Here in town, there are no apple stores, I think the only one in the island might be in the regional capital that is some hours by road, maybe there's 2, but both cities are hours away, and the other one I know is on another island, So I think it's better to fix it myself, if I could remove 1 of them, maybe I can remove both, am I right?)
