Why is the Reminders App so buggy for years?

The bugs occur with my iPhone 5 (iOS 7 - iOS 10) and iPad Pro (iOS 10 and even the new iOS 11).

Some of the bugs:

- Render/Display bugs when reordering the list of lists (lists overlay each other, lists are display mutliple times, lists dissapear till restart of the app)

- The order of the lists is shuffeled sometimes

- You cannot change a list name and color at the same time - if you click to change the color the name is reverted

- Problem with multiline list-items (view jumps, wrong item is edited, item cannot be selected)

No bugs fixed in iOS 11, but added even more bugs: Animation bug if you click on edit list, and the scroll position is not at the top of the list.

It's sad!
