Bought used mac cannot install OS

I bought MacBook Air Late 2010 where disk is formatted and upon booting I see Utilities and Option to Reinstall OS X, version Yosemite.

I accept the license and Apple ID is asked. After entering user and pass there is message "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store". Pressing cancel nor Review does not do anything.

I have checked and my e-mail is verified, billing and shipping information is there.

What to do so I can install OS to my new used mac?
