how to delete an empty album ipad

I already delete all the photos from the album that I created on the iPad (it's not one that is being synced with my computer) and now the album is empty, but still there! how do I get rid of it??

Tap Edit and tap the "X" on folder.

No there is no "X" on the album when selecting edit
