Automatically share family photos

Hi. We have family sharing set up but I can't work out how to get photos sharing the way we need.

I have access to our master album on my iPhone so I can see all our photos. My wife has an iPhone set up with family sharing. We would like her photos to automatically add to our master album. How can we do that?
