Every time I press an app or the home screen in...

Every time I open an app or press the home button it flashes up an image of the lower left corner of my home screen briefly. This is with iOS11 an is very annoying. How can I inform Apple of this?

Here I just dragged a screen shot into the message of the flash. 12.9inch iPad Pro.
