Reinstalled OS and it installed it on the HDD i...

1. How can I be sure that this is the case as I suspect?

2. How can I clean install Sierra from the begining?

3. Why cant I see any trace of the SSD on my OS ?

Thanks mates!

1. If you can boot from your HDD and it's Sierra then you know there's an OS installed on it.

2. Re-download the installer from the App Store unless you saved a copy of it. Create a USB installer and boot from it. When booted into the USB installer, open Disk Utility and erase both your HDD and SSD. Then choose Reinstall macOS from the macOS Utilities menu. Make sure you point to your SSD.

3. No idea why you can't see your SSD unless your setup is a Fusion Drive. If it is, you will only see 1 Macintosh HD which is the combination of an HDD and SSD "fused" together.

You can open Terminal and type diskutil cs list to see if you have a Fusion Drive. If you do, you will see your SSD and HDD within a CoreStorage Logical Volume.

Thanks for fast reply!

I've been messing around, and came to understood that the cable which connects the drive to the motherboard is burnt. I've ordered one to fix that issue. Thanks!
