app store on iTunes windows 10 doesn't exist an...

I purchased an iPad pro 10.5 and I connected to iTunes on my pc to install all my apps previously downloaded, and I was surprised that the app store doesn't exist anymore and I had to redownload them on my iPad. is there a solution to find the app store on pc and download from?
