Have you solved a problem with Apple Music app ...

Hello Since I updated my iPhone 6 to iOS 11, I can’t no longer open an app Apple Music. I can only play music in “airplane mode”. I saw which countries are available for this app, ex iPod. Can You please tell me when will You enable Apple Music for other countries (in this case Croatia)? My app is crushing all the time, no matter I can add and delete music in my iTunes on my Mac. Kind regarda
