About itunes.

I cant even open my itunes on my pc and the itunes has create a folder that called itunes crash logs.i have uninstalled it and it still cant open.last question.i have copied my backup to another folder and if i paste that backup on other pc/mac that have itunes will it work? 

Let's start with what exact version of Windows is your PC running? Regardless, have you tried completely removing iTunes and all associated files, and then, reinstalling a fresh copy directly from the Apple website?
