Hi all,

 

I've just recently upgraded to High Sierra (10.13.1) on my 2010 Mac Pro with iTunes 12.6.2.20.

 

I am getting this error when trying to log into iCloud or iTunes store on my machine. My AppleID and password work fine on iCloud.com directly via browser.

 

I also cannot sign out of Apps Store. I did sign out of iTunes Store, but cannot sign in again, or authorise my computer, which has become unauthorised. I get the same message on both applications.

 

There have been a number of 'fixes' for this over the years relating to a shared folder, but these have not worked for me.

 

Any guidance would be great.

See if you can sign in/out in the Safe Mode.
