iCloud doesnt sync on Windows 7

Dear support

I have a computer at home, one at work and a iPhone 7 with the latest IOS installed.

Both computers have Windows 7 installed.

My work computer and my iPhone both sync up with iCloud but not my computer at home.

I have been googling this problem but sadly haven't found any help regarding my problem.

I have reinstalled iCloud but it wont work on my home computer.

Please help
