Only videos that are uploaded or livestreamed with a high frame rate can be played at high frame rate.
High frame rate video is available on the following mobile and other platforms:
- Android: 720p capable device running Android 4.1 or later, using YouTube app v10.18 or later.
- Apple TV.
- PS3 and PS4 app.
