I have already signed in to the desktop version of TradeManager. Why does the web version appear on my Google Chrome?

If you find the web version of TradeManager launches on your Google's Chrome browser, you can fix the issue as described below:

1. Enter chrome://flags/#enable-npapi in to Chrome’s address bar and visit that page. Then look for TradeManager from this plugins list.

2. Click the Always allowed checkbox for Enable NPAPI, and make sure they are not disabled.

Note: If you cannot see the TradeManager plugin, you can reinstall TradeManager and try again.

4. Close Chrome and then reopen it.
