2. How can I locate the RFQs I’ve sent?

Click on “All Messages” and choose “RFQ” in the menu

3. How can I compare quotations?

Click on “Compare X Quotations” as shown below:

4. Why do some messages have the compare function while others do not?

The compare function is available when

1) You sent inquiries to several suppliers and more than two suppliers provided quotations.

2) You sent a RFQ and more than two suppliers responded to your RFQ.

5. What are some of the new functions available?

You can now filter your messages according to its status. Check ‘unread’ messages to view all messages that have not been read.

The upgrade also makes it easier for you to search for messages by typing the sender’s email address, subject title or keywords in the search bar.

Within the message, you can click ‘view more’ to get the supplier’s details.

6. How do I start an order?

You may:

1) Start order online

2) Upload pro-forma invoice

3) Ask your supplier to draft an order on your behalf
