What payment methods can I use for Trade Assurance orders?

Currently, there are three payment methods available for Trade Assurance orders: Credit Card (Visa/Master Card), e-Checking and T/T (telegraphic transfer; also known as bank transfer).

Below are the details:


2)  Buyers need to make payment to designated Citi Bank account listed on order checkout page

3)  Available currency:

RMB/USD/HKD/GBP/EUR/SGD/AUD/CAD/JPY

Only available for Visa and Master Card

1)  No more than 50,000USD per transaction

2) Only available for buyers with American checking account


Time for money to reach receiver’s account 

3-7 working days
(Payment needs to be linked to certain Trade Assurance order by supplier manually)

2-3 working days

4-5 working days


Transaction fee

Depends on your bank, please check with your bank for the details

2.8% of the total transaction amount

15USD per transaction


Party to pay for the transaction fee

Please negotiate with your supplier, and add transaction fee to the payment amount if you are responsible for the fee

Buyers will pay the transaction fee when making payment

1.  Time for money to reach receiver’s account is counted by working days. There will be a delay for Credit Card payment because of holidays in United Kingdom, and delay for e-Checking payment because of holidays in United State of America.
2.  There will be security checking for each transaction by Credit Card and e-Checking, you may use T/T for payment instead when they are not available.
3. T/T may be not supported for Trade Assurance orders which are less than 1,000 dollars.
