Before You Ask
Before asking a technical question by e-mail, or in a newsgroup, or on a website chat board, do the following:

Try to find an answer by searching the archives of the forum you plan to post to.

Try to find an answer by searching the Web.

Try to find an answer by reading the manual.

Try to find an answer by reading a FAQ.

Try to find an answer by inspection or experimentation.

Try to find an answer by asking a skilled friend.

If you're a programmer, try to find an answer by reading the source code.

2.通過網絡搜索問題的答案（一般是用搜索引擎，技術類的一般就是google了）。
3. 通過用戶手冊查找答案。（這就是指官網發布的用戶說明書）
4.通過閱讀FAQ查找問題答案（FAQ frequently asked question）。
5.通過實驗和觀察得到問題答案
6.通過問一個有經驗的朋友到的問題答案。
7. 如果你是一個程序員，可以通過閱讀源代碼查找問題答案。（這一步我現在用的還少，估計需要有一定代碼量才可以）
